Company Description Monara Surfaces Sdn Bhd is a wholesale distributor of HPL, compact boards and

edge banding, representing established brands such as Virgo and Croma.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Johor bahru, Malaysia for a Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers. Promote and sell company products to dealers, furniture

manufacturers, interior designers and contractors. Identify new business

opportunities and expand the customer base.

Key responsibilities

Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers

Promote and sell company products to dealers, furniture manufacturers, interior designers and contractors

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

Prepare quotations and follow up on sales orders and payments

Achieve monthly sales targets

Monitor market trends and competitors' activities

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Prepare regular sales reports

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field is an advantage

Sales experience is preferred, especially in building materials, furniture or interior design

Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, responsible and target-driven

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Possess a valid driving licence and own transport

Willing to travel for customer visits
