岗位职责

Key Responsibilities

  • Review business and technical requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases
  • Execute functional, integration, regression, and PVT test cases
  • Perform end-to-end testing to validate system functionality and business processes
  • Identify, document, and track defects using the project defect management tool
  • Perform defect retesting and regression testing after fixes
  • Prepare and maintain test evidence and test execution reports
  • Coordinate with developers, business users, and other project stakeholders to resolve defects
  • Support test planning, execution, and daily testing status updates
  • Participate in defect triage and provide clear details on identified issues
  • Ensure testing activities are completed within the agreed project timeline
  • Support UAT/PVT activities and production verification as required
  • Log and track defects with detailed documentation
  • Participate in defect triage meetings
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure regression stability
  • Ensure alignment with client's Agile practices and development standards


Person Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in manual testing across web, mobile, or enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience in test case design and execution, including functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and PVT testing
  • Proficient in defect management, root cause analysis, defect retesting, and validation of bug fixes using standard defect tracking tools
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business users, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in preparing test documentation, maintaining test evidence, and providing accurate test execution and status reports
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to ensure quality deliverables within project timelines
