Responsibilities
Engage potential customers through face-to-face interactions to build genuine connections and promote brand awareness
Convert conversations into measurable sales outcomes to help brands grow and reach new customers
Represent established brands and campaigns professionally to maintain brand reputation
Develop confidence and improve sales and communication skills through daily client engagement
Collaborate with team members to support team goals and progress from team player to team leader
Participate in 1-to-1 coaching sessions to enhance personal and leadership development
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to work
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
