About the Roles

Join as a BIM Modeller based in Jurong West, supporting building materials and building products projects. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work week from Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, and Saturday, 8.00am to 12.00pm. Enjoy a basic salary of up to $4,000 plus Variable Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans based on project requirements and design specifications.
• Develop detailed shop drawings with the project team for submission and approval.
• Ensure drawings meet relevant building codes, BCA and ISO standards, and company guidelines.
• Apply drafting standards and conventions to maintain accuracy and consistency across drawings and documents.
• Update and manage drawing revisions promptly and systematically.
• Organize, file, and maintain drawings and related documents according to company and project requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external parties on drawing and project matters.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Good knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modelling) and drafting standards.
• Knowledge or experience in Autodesk Revit will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
