Work Experience: Background in customer care, front desk, hospitality, or retail fields/marketing preferred (Minimum 3+ years preferred).

Key Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, customer service aptitude, multi-tasking abilities, and a basic understanding of marketing activities.

Personal Attributes: Well-groomed, highly organized, punctual, proactive, and possessing a warm, friendly demeanor.

Front Desk & Client Service:

• Greet arriving clients warmly and deliver a premium front-of-house customer care experience.

• Explain salon treatment options, organic care services, and retail offerings clearly to guests.

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, walk-ins, and daily booking schedules to optimize salon workflow.

• Manage front-desk cashiering, payments, and client check-outs with accuracy.

Salon Operations & Coordination:

• Coordinate seamless handovers between clients, hair stylists, and beauty therapists.

• Maintain front-of-house presentation, keeping the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming.

• Track front-desk product inventory and report restock needs to management.

Marketing & Brand Support:

• Assist in executing on-ground and planning digital marketing campaigns for the salon.

• Support social media updates, promotional events, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Collect client feedback to assist management in improving service quality.
