We’re looking for a hands-on Workday Core HCM Lead at Lead/Manager level or above for a project in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead the Core HCM workstream, work closely with business stakeholders, and guide delivery while remaining actively involved in functional requirements and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Core HCM workstream, managing priorities, dependencies, and delivery across relevant teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional solutions and align stakeholders on scope, priorities, and expectations.
• Assess dependencies and impacts between Core HCM and other Workday modules to support coordinated delivery.
• Provide hands-on functional guidance and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Delegate tasks effectively, coordinate across workstreams, and take ownership of delivery outcomes.
• Communicate progress, risks, issues, and decisions clearly to business and project stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• Experience at Lead/Manager level or above, with a strong track record of hands-on delivery.
• Strong functional expertise in Workday Core HCM and a clear understanding of its interactions with other Workday modules.
• Confident stakeholder management, with experience working directly with business teams in an onshore or business-facing environment.
• Clear communication and the ability to manage competing priorities, relationships, and expectations.
• Effective delegation and coordination skills, supported by close involvement in delivery.
• A practical approach to problem-solving and the willingness to work through detailed functional and delivery challenges.
