Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Help prepare fresh pastries, artisan sandwiches, and bake egg tarts daily.
• Kitchen Safety: Follow FEHD food hygiene regulations, keep the baking station clean at all times.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Candidates with less kitchen experience can apply for Kitchen Helper Position.

Requirements:

• You have two years of experience in the field (newbies can apply for Kitchen Helper)
• You are joining a team of 6-8, teamwork is important
• You are precise and have a keen eye for details
• You hold a Hong Kong Identity Card and can legally work in HK
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 9-hours work day, with 1 hour lunch break
• Priority given to chefs who have baking/ cafe experience
• Priority given to candidates who hold relevant qualifications
