What you'll be doing

• Prepare and send quotation for new/pre-owned passenger and commercial vehicles to sales consultants/external customers.

• To Activate policy, process policy, scan documents, do endorsements, file and update database for insurance.

• Furnish comparison quotes for existing/external customers.

• Handle insurance enquires from customers via email / whatsapp / main line and communicating with Insurers for quotes and call customers for renewals.

• Generate and update renewal excel monthly for all partner Insurers.

• Send and follow up renewal notice with existing customers.

• Updating Month end reports.

• Handle In-house Motor Fleet and its related operations.

• Handle in-house Motor Trade Policy for Named drivers - Addition and Removal

• Quote and handle non-motor insurance products. eg. Travel Insurance, Home, Maid, Commercial Lines Products

• Any other Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

What we're looking for

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent 

• At least 1 year experience in insurance administration 

• Independent individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment 

• Accountability and accuracy in work 

• Positive work attitude and able to foster cohesive teamwork
