Company Overview

BLACKBULL Group, supported by BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment and its corporate legal and LegalTech ecosystem, is developing international business, investment, legal-finance and project-finance channels connecting entrepreneurs, corporations, investors and financial institutions.

As part of its international expansion, BLACKBULL is developing a new project with operations and investment relationships focused on the UAE and Singapore. The underlying assets relevant to the proposed financing structure are located in the UAE.

BLACKBULL is seeking an established Banking & Mortgage Specialist – Fundraising, Investment & Strategic Partner who can contribute not merely as an employee or advisor, but as a serious long-term business partner capable of developing banking relationships, arranging investment and raising capital for the project.

The ideal candidate should preferably already be an established businessperson, entrepreneur, investor, finance professional or corporate leader in the UAE, with an active network across banking, investment, real estate finance, private capital or institutional finance.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this position is straightforward:

Investment, arranging investment and fundraising are the core responsibilities of the role.

The selected partner will be responsible for developing and executing financing strategies for BLACKBULL's new project in the UAE and Singapore and for establishing relationships with suitable banks, financial institutions, investors, family offices, private-credit providers and corporate investment groups.

This is an execution-oriented role. BLACKBULL is specifically interested in professionals who understand how to convert business assets, financial strength, project cash flows and commercial opportunities into properly structured and legally compliant financing proposals.

Primary Responsibilities

The Banking & Mortgage Specialist will be expected to originate, structure and coordinate fundraising and investment transactions for the project.

Responsibilities will include developing relationships with UAE and Singapore banks, mortgage providers, private banks, financial institutions, family offices, private-credit funds, investment companies, institutional investors and strategic corporate partners.

The selected professional should be capable of:

- Raising capital for new projects through appropriate debt, equity or structured investment arrangements.
- Arranging investment from private and institutional capital providers.
- Structuring mortgage and asset-backed financing against eligible UAE-based assets, subject to lender requirements, valuation and applicable regulations.
- Developing project-finance and corporate-finance structures appropriate to the project's commercial requirements.
- Identifying suitable banking channels for asset-backed lending, refinancing, acquisition financing and working-capital requirements.
- Negotiating commercial terms with banks, investors and financial institutions.
- Coordinating financial due diligence, valuation, credit assessment and lender documentation.
- Developing relationships with investors capable of participating in medium- and large-scale projects.
- Supporting fund management, capital allocation, financial controls and investor reporting.
- Establishing sustainable banking and investment relationships rather than relying solely on one-time transactions.

Banking & Mortgage Expertise

The successful applicant should possess substantial practical knowledge of the UAE banking and mortgage-finance environment.

The candidate should understand how banks and institutional lenders evaluate commercial assets, real estate, corporate borrowers, project cash flows, security packages and repayment capacity.

Experience with commercial mortgages, property-backed finance, refinancing, structured lending, bridge finance, project finance, private credit or similar financing structures will be particularly relevant.

All financing will remain subject to independent valuation, lender underwriting, credit approval, legal due diligence, regulatory requirements and mutually agreed transaction terms.

Fundraising – Mandatory Requirement

Fundraising capability is mandatory for this position.

This opportunity is not intended for candidates whose experience is limited to banking administration, general consultancy, relationship management or theoretical financial advisory.

Applicants should demonstrate an ability to identify capital providers, open investor discussions, structure transactions, coordinate due diligence, negotiate commercial terms and progress transactions toward financial closure.

Candidates should be prepared to discuss their previous fundraising transactions, approximate transaction sizes, types of financing arranged, institutional relationships and their proposed strategy for raising capital for BLACKBULL's projects.

Investment & Fund Management

The partner will also participate in developing BLACKBULL's investment-management framework between the UAE and Singapore.

Responsibilities may include evaluating investment opportunities, conducting commercial and financial analysis, developing investment proposals, coordinating capital deployment and maintaining appropriate governance around investor funds.

Depending on the transaction, financing may involve equity investment, secured lending, mortgage finance, private credit, strategic investment, project finance, profit participation or other legally permissible investment structures.

The candidate should understand risk management, investment returns, capital protection, cash-flow management, investor reporting and transaction governance.

Strategic Partnership Opportunity

BLACKBULL is particularly interested in candidates who are already established businesspeople in the UAE and wish to develop a long-term commercial partnership.

The selected individual may participate not only as a finance professional but also as a strategic business partner, subject to satisfactory due diligence, agreed responsibilities, performance milestones and formal contractual arrangements.

The partnership may involve project development, investment origination, banking relationships, fundraising, investor management and international business expansion.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should preferably possess:

10+ years of relevant professional or entrepreneurial experience in banking, mortgage finance, fundraising, investment management, project finance, corporate finance, private credit, real estate finance or institutional investment.

Candidates should have:

- Established business or professional presence in the UAE and/or Singapore.
- Demonstrable fundraising or investment-arrangement experience.
- Strong relationships with banks, investors, family offices, funds or corporate institutions.
- Practical knowledge of UAE mortgage and asset-backed financing.
- Experience managing investment or financing transactions.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship-management capabilities.
- Understanding of financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and risk assessment.
- Ability to handle confidential and high-value commercial transactions.
- Excellent communication and international business-development capabilities.

MBA, CFA, CA, ACCA, banking qualifications or equivalent professional credentials will be advantageous but demonstrable transaction execution and fundraising capability are more important for this role.

Location & Working Structure

This opportunity is restricted to UAE and Singapore operations.

The position may involve meetings with investors, banks, asset owners, financial institutions and strategic partners across both jurisdictions. International travel between the UAE and Singapore may therefore be required.
