Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter cum Quantity Surveyor with experience in both 2D and 3D drafting to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our design and construction teams with accurate drawings, cost estimates, and material quantifications.

Key Responsibilities:Drafter Duties (2D & 3D):

• Prepare 2D architectural, structural, and M&E drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations using SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max (or other tools).
• Create realistic 3D perspectives for client presentations.
• Update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, or client feedback.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site supervisors.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.

Quantity Surveyor Duties:

• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material schedules.
• Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Attend site visits for measurement verification and progress tracking.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and measurement.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with Singapore's building codes and BCA submission standards.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in interior design or A&A projects.
• Able to produce realistic renderings for client approvals.
• Familiarity with Excel-based BOQ and costing templates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,419.42 - $5,536.20 per month
