Duties:
Attend to patients at the clinic's front desk, including registration, appointment scheduling and enquiries.

Manage patient records, update information and ensure accurate documentation.

Handle billing, payment collection and insurance or medical claims processing where required.

Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinic operations and patient flow.

Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and organisation of the clinic.

Perform general administrative duties and provide friendly, efficient customer service to patients.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent qualification.

• Candidates with clinic or healthcare experience will have an advantage; training may be provided for suitable candidates.
