SALES ASSISTANT – HEALTHCARE DIVISION

We are an Authorized Dealer for Healthcare Products in Malaysia.

We are currently looking for a Healthcare Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This position is suitable for individuals who are confident, friendly, motivated, and interested in developing their skills in customer service and sales.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide accurate product information and answer customers’ questions.
• Handle customer enquiries and address concerns professionally.
• Assist with daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor product inventory and maintain an organized sales area.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and the sales floor is kept neat and presentable.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly goals.
• Attend company training and continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.
• Assist in ensuring events, campaigns, and daily operations run smoothly.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and cheerful working environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time position.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Saturday: Half Day.
• Able to start immediately is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a team.
• Customer service and sales experience will be an added advantage.
