岗位职责

Oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure smooth business activities.
Manage and supervise staff, including work schedules, performance and manpower planning.
Develop and implement business strategies to improve sales, productivity and profitability.
Monitor operating costs, budgets and overall business performance.
Handle administrative matters, documentation, contracts and company records.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, customers and external service providers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant government regulations.
Work closely with management on business development and operational improvements.
Resolve operational, staffing and customer-related issues.
Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Support recruitment, staff training and performance evaluation.
Represent management when dealing with external parties and business partners.
