Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Account Executive
to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in client servicing, campaign coordination, and project management across integrated marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with the account management team to support client communications, campaign execution, and internal coordination. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn client relationship management, and excited to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support the account management team in managing day-to-day client communications and requests.
Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
Work closely with internal teams (media, creative, and strategy) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are executed on schedule.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes for clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning and strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Interest or exposure in digital marketing, advertising, or client servicing is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
