Our client is a Singapore consultancy offering integrated project management and quantity surveying. Its clients get project, cost and contract management under one roof.
The firm serves developers, building owners, contractors, financial institutions, insurers and legal firms. Its work spans civic, commercial, educational, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, infrastructure, residential and public-sector projects.
It is led by veterans with decades of experience in project management, quantity surveying and construction dispute resolution. Project teams are backed by in-house cost research, MMC productivity, digital and technology, and sustainability specialists. The firm is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, and bizSAFE Level 3.
The Role
You will manage construction projects on behalf of the firm's clients, keeping time, cost, quality and safety on track. You will lead the consultant team and hold contractors to their obligations.
Because the firm's PM and QS teams sit together, you will work closely with cost and contracts specialists. You will see how commercial decisions shape a project, not just the programme.
- As an APM, you will support a Project Manager on one or two projects and own defined workstreams, such as authority submissions, programme tracking or meeting management.
- As a PM, you will lead projects end to end, act as the client's main point of contact, and guide junior team members.

Construction
- Chair or attend progress and site coordination meetings

- Manage RFIs, submissions and variations with the contracts team
- Keep the risk register and issue regular progress reports to the client
Completion and handover
- Coordinate testing and commissioning, TOP/CSC, and handover to the client or facilities team
- Manage defects through the defects liability period and support the final account
Across all stages
- Apply digital tools (BIM, common data environments), sustainability targets such as Green Mark, and MMC/DfMA where the project calls for them
What you bring
