Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily RTE Chicken production and ensure production targets are met.
Manage production staff, manpower allocation and daily work schedules.
Monitor production quantity, yield and wastage.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, quality and SOP compliance.
Control raw material usage and minimise production wastage.
Monitor cooking, packing, labelling and finished-product quality.
Coordinate with Warehouse, QA, Procurement and Logistics for smooth operations.
Record and report daily production, wastage and manpower performance.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure production area and equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
Requirements:
2–3 years' experience in food production or food manufacturing.
Supervisory/team leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
Good manpower management and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
