A. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

• Ensure all workshop and service activities are carried out according to company SOPs and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, job completion, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the workshop and premises.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and report significant matters to management.

B. Sales and Business Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, gross profit, and overall branch profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, corporate customers, fleet accounts, and potential panel companies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Promote the company's automotive products and services, including tyre sales, wheel alignment, balancing, air-conditioning services, and vehicle maintenance packages.

C. Staff Management and Leadership

• Supervise, guide, and motivate all branch employees to achieve their individual and team targets.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, productivity, and work performance.
• Establish clear responsibilities and performance expectations for each employee.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Identify staffing requirements and recommend recruitment or training where necessary.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and a positive working environment.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
