Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and coordinate business activities to ensure efficient workflow and goal achievement
• Develop and execute business strategies to meet company growth targets and objectives
• Manage and supervise department heads and operational teams to enhance productivity and collaboration
• Set clear performance targets and monitor business metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to maximize profitability
• Analyze sales, expenses, staffing, and operational data to identify trends and inform decisions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions to improve processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and stakeholders to support business success
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop employees to build a skilled and engaged workforce
• Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational consistency
• Resolve operational issues and address customer concerns promptly to uphold service quality
• Prepare and present regular reports and business updates to senior management and directors
