Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Assistant Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Managers to oversee daily outlet operations and lead a diverse team. You will uphold high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene and efficiency.



Job Description

Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, service, cashiering and sales reconciliation, while ensuring standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety and hygiene are met in line with regulations
Lead, coach and train staff; monitor performance, uphold company policies, and prepare fair rosters that balance business needs, budget and team wellbeing
Conduct monthly stock checks, manage inventory and replenish supplies as required
Handle customer feedback professionally, prepare monthly reports on sales, staffing and outlet performance, and work with management to achieve business targets



Job Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the F&B industry
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate a multicultural team
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, with extended hours when operationally required
