Salary & Compensation

  • Monthly salary range: $4000–$6000
  • 5–20% Performance Related Pay (PRP) per month
  • 2% Medical Allowance per month
  • Yearly Salary Increment

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and liaise with clients to understand their renovation and interior design requirements.
  • Follow up with clients regularly, understand their needs, and provide suitable design solutions.
  • Develop creative and practical interior design concepts, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, furniture, and lighting.
  • Prepare design proposals, presentations, 2D/3D drawings, and renderings.
  • Prepare quotations, costing, and project proposals based on clients' requirements.
  • Manage clients from initial consultation, design proposal, and quotation through to project confirmation and sales closing.
  • Follow up on enquiries, leads, and existing clients to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
  • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an Interior Design firm.
  • Able to handle clients from initial consultation to project confirmation.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, costing, and design proposals.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design, renovation processes, and detailed design drawings.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong communication, client follow-up, and sales closing skills.
