Full-Time Florist

We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Florist to join our team at D’Spring Flowers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh flower bouquets, vase arrangements, flower stands and other floral arrangements
• Handle daily flower preparation, conditioning and maintenance
• Ensure arrangements are completed according to orders and required standards
• Assist with packing and preparation of orders for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the florist work area
• Assist with other floral and shop duties when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant florist experience
• Able to arrange fresh flowers independently
• Good knowledge of flower handling and basic floral techniques
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
• Able to work on weekends and during peak festive periods when required

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
