Customer Service Executive / Senior Executive, Life Insurance Operations

We are looking for an experienced insurance professional to join a customer service and operations team in Singapore. You will manage enquiries and service requests for high net worth life insurance clients, working with internal teams and external partners to see each case through to completion.

What You Will Do

• Process new business applications and support client onboarding, including document checks and follow-up on outstanding requirements.
• Handle policy servicing requests, customer enquiries and complaints with care and accuracy.
• Support claims processing and bank account opening requests where required.
• Review AML/KYC and source of wealth documentation, and coordinate with relevant teams when further information is needed.
• Liaise with intermediaries, custodian banks and internal stakeholders to resolve cases and meet service timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and team processes.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least five years of experience in life insurance customer service or operations.
• Experience supporting high net worth clients and handling new business or policy servicing matters.
• A sound understanding of insurance documentation, AML/KYC checks and customer due diligence.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage cases independently.
• Experience with PPLI or VUL products, claims, custodian bank coordination or digital and AI tools would be an advantage.
