1. Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of camera operation, lighting, framing, and video composition.

• Familiar with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, smartphones, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment.

• Understand different filming techniques, camera movements, and shooting angles.

• Able to shoot high-quality vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) videos.

2. Creative & Visual Skills

• Strong creativity, visual storytelling skills, and attention to detail.

• Good understanding of social media content styles and current video trends.

• Ability to suggest creative shooting angles and techniques.

• Able to understand scripts, storyboards, and content directions.

3. Software & Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing footage arrangements and editing guidelines.

• Familiar with Google Drive for uploading, organizing, and managing video footage.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and file management.

• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.

4. Communication & Teamwork

• Able to communicate effectively with Content Creators, Video Editors, and clients.

• Able to understand and follow creative instructions.

• Willing to accept feedback and make improvements.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience in videography, video production, or social media content creation is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong filming skills are welcome to apply.

• A portfolio showcasing previous videography work is required.

• Own transportation is an added advantage.

1. Video Shooting & Production

• Conduct video shoots for client projects, personal IP branding, advertisements, and social media content.

• Capture high-quality footage using professional cameras, smartphones, and other filming equipment.

• Ensure proper camera angles, lighting, framing, composition, and audio quality.

• Shoot content in different styles and angles based on project requirements.

2. Creative Shooting & Content Execution

• Work closely with Content Creators to execute video concepts, scripts, and shooting plans.

• Suggest creative camera angles, movements, and filming techniques to improve video quality.

• Understand different shooting styles for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.

• Adapt shooting techniques according to different client branding and content directions.

3. Equipment Management

• Set up and operate cameras, microphones, lighting, gimbals, and other production equipment.

• Ensure all equipment is properly prepared and tested before shooting.

• Maintain filming equipment in good condition and report any technical issues.

4. Post-Shooting Footage Management

• Upload all raw footage to the designated Google Drive folders after each shooting session.

• Organize and label footage according to clients, projects, shooting dates, and content categories.

• Ensure all footage is properly backed up and accessible to the Production Team.

• Review recorded footage to ensure all required scenes have been captured.

5. PowerPoint Editing Guidelines & Editor Handover

• Prepare PowerPoint slides after each shooting session to organize footage and provide clear editing instructions.

• Include video sequences, scene arrangements, reference videos, and preferred editing styles.

• Clearly indicate editing directions, including transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, pacing, and visual effects.

• Provide Google Drive links and relevant footage references in the PowerPoint slides.

• Submit completed PowerPoint slides and organized footage to the Video Editor for post-production.

• Communicate with Video Editors to ensure the final output follows the intended creative direction.

6. Team Collaboration & Production Support

• Collaborate with Content Creators, Video Editors, Digital Marketers, and other production team members.

• Follow shooting schedules and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

• Assist with content planning, brainstorming, and production preparation when required.

• Support other production-related tasks assigned by Management.

7. On-Site Shooting & Flexibility

• Attend indoor and outdoor shoots at different client locations.

• Travel to designated shooting locations when required.

• Adapt to different shooting environments, schedules, and last-minute production changes.

• Ensure professionalism when interacting with clients and talents during shooting sessions.
