About the Roles

Join as a Quantity Surveyor (Commercial Fit-Out) based in Ang Mo Kio, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in a permanent position. The role offers Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits and the opportunity to support commercial interior and tender projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for commercial interior and tender projects, including GeBIZ submissions.
• Source and assess quotations from subcontractors, fabricators, and specialised AV/technology vendors, and negotiate suitable commercial terms.
• Monitor project scope changes and prepare and negotiate Variation Orders (VO) with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage progress claims, interim payments, and final account reconciliation in line with contract requirements.
• Monitor project expenditure, review completed project margins, identify cost gaps, and keep rate libraries updated.
• Coordinate with project managers and designers on project budgets, commercial risks, and deadlines.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant QS experience, preferably in commercial interiors, retail, exhibition, or Design & Build projects.
• Able to interpret architectural, MEP, and joinery/carpentry drawings.
• Familiar with contract forms such as SIA/REDAS and tender processes such as GeBIZ.
• Knowledge of fabrication methods, joinery works, material pricing, and building requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness with good negotiation, cost control, and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
