Provide a high-quality guest experience by welcoming visitors warmly and delivering attentive, personalized reception services.
Manage VIP visits from arrival through departure, ensuring smooth coordination, timely assistance, and appropriate handling of guest requirements.
Oversee front desk activities, including incoming calls, email enquiries, visitor check-in, and access procedures.
Coordinate meeting room setups, refreshments, and hospitality arrangements to ensure meetings and visits run smoothly.
Work closely with executives, internal teams, and other stakeholders to anticipate guest needs and deliver efficient service.
Uphold premium presentation standards across reception, meeting rooms, and designated guest areas, ensuring a professional corporate environment.
