Mobile Phone Technician cum Sales Executive — Hitec Mobile

If you enjoy taking devices apart, finding the problem and getting them working again, we’d love to hear from you. Hitec Mobile is looking for a dependable, hands-on team player who takes pride in quality repairs and friendly customer service.

Basic salary:
S$2,600–S$3,200 per month, depending on skills and experience
Additional earnings:
Commission pay+OT+Annual Bonus
What you’ll do
Diagnose phone faults and replace components such as LCD screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, back glass and housings.
Welcome walk-in customers, listen to their concerns and explain suitable repair options clearly.
Create repair job orders, update customers on progress and check devices thoroughly before collection.
Recommend mobile phones, accessories and gadgets based on customers’ needs.
Apply screen protectors, tempered glass and camera lens protectors with care and precision.
Inspect pre-owned phones for buyback, checking their condition and functions.
Handle cashiering, stock checks, stock transfers and daily sales reconciliation.
Keep the outlet clean and organised, and support colleagues during busy periods.
Who we’re looking for
Someone with practical mobile phone repair experience and a strong interest in how devices work.
A friendly communicator with experience in customer service, retail sales or both.
A careful, honest and organised person who can manage repairs and customer enquiries.
A positive team player who is willing to learn, take responsibility and go the extra mile for customers.
Experience in a mobile service centre, phone retail outlet or as a shop in-charge would be an advantage. Tell us which repairs you can confidently handle—we value practical skills, a dependable attitude and pride in your work.
