Job description:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including scheduling and task delegation
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company policies
• Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching to team members
• Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures and daily sales reporting
• Support the restaurant manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
• Proven experience in the food & beverage industry (at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
