HR Shared Services (Data Management Team) | 1-Year Contract | One-North | Up to $3,000

Great opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to join an HR Shared Services Data Management Team, supporting onboarding and in-service HR data with accuracy and strict confidentiality. Experience in SuccessFactors is required.

Work location: One-North
Working days: Monday to Friday
Employment type: 1-year contract, with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs
Salary: Up to $3,000

Key responsibilities

Data processing, documentation & filing

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed
• Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR (e.g., transfers, re-designation, contract extension, etc.)
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees
• Ensure all related documentation is properly P filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Operational & team support

• Provide support to both the Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required
• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
