Sourced and identified potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, databases, and referrals

Utilized platforms such as LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to build a strong talent pipeline

Reviewed resumes and screened candidates based on job requirements and client expectations

Conducted initial outreach and basic screening to assess candidates’ suitability, availability, and interest

Shortlisted qualified candidates and submitted profiles to recruiters or hiring managers

Built and maintained strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience

Provided clear information about job opportunities, company details, and hiring processes

Maintained and updated candidate databases, ensuring accurate and organized records

Managed talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
