Job Summary
Join our wine retail shop as a Part-Time or Full-Time Sales Assistant, providing friendly, responsible, and customer-focused service to enhance the shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers to facilitate their wine and product purchases
Recommend wines and products tailored to customers’ preferences to enhance satisfaction
Process cashier duties and payments accurately to ensure smooth transactions
Arrange and replenish stock to maintain a neat and attractive shop presentation
Conduct stock checks and support simple store operations to maintain inventory accuracy
Collaborate with team members to complete daily shop duties and support overall store functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in retail or customer service to contribute to effective customer interactions
Basic wine knowledge to assist customers, with training provided to develop expertise
Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings, to meet operational needs
