Job Responsibilities

Conduct performance reviews with drivers to improve their service performance

Identify recalcitrant drivers and take appropriate actions to deal with drivers, including termination of their service

To assist in any media & govt sector enquiry on driver

To assist in repo of taxi

Any other adhoc duties

Job Requirements

Minimally GCE O or A Levels

Computer literate

Good knowledge in investigation job

Candidates with a driving license and Taxi Vocational License will be advantageous

Able to lead the team
