European Energy Exchange (EEX) is a commodities exchange headquartered in Germany with offices in over 25locations globally, including Singapore.

This key role requires an individual of excellent calibre and with interest in energy and commoditymarkets, who will contribute to EEX Group’s continued growth in Asia.

We will only consider applicants who are able to start work immediately.

Your tasks:

§  Monitoring market activities and trades

§  Producing regular reports related to market activity

§  Maintaining the trading system’s static data

§  Performing client account opening and KYC procedures

§  Investigating trade discrepancies and performing trade amendments and cancellations

§  Assisting market participants with queries and providing customer support

§  Managing projects and process improvements

Your profile:

§  Willing to work flexible hours and shifts is a must

§  High level of motivation with excellent attention to detail and a commitment toproducing high quality work under pressure

§  Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicateeffectively with colleagues and clients

§  Ability to think out of the box and approach tasks with a holistic approach

§  Strong IT literary, preferably with some familiarity with electronic trading venuesand common office software packages including Microsoft Excel
