About the Role & Culture
We are a fast-paced private practice seeking a highly competent, dependable, and self-motivated Enrolled Nurse who takes pride in practical clinical delivery. We value team members who bring strong clinical fundamentals, high work ethics, and a long-term commitment to growing with our practice.

Competitive Compensation: $3,100 – $3,600/month(commensurate with hands-on experience and clinical proficiency).
Work-Life Balance: Fixed office hours with no work onSundays, Public Holidays, and evenings.
Generous Mid-Day Rest: 1.5-hour afternoon break daily to recharge and maintain peak focus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch / Rest Break: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sundays & Public Holidays: CLOSED
Core Responsibilities:
Clinical Excellence: Perform routine venipuncture (blood draw), ECGs, vaccination administration, wound care, and health screening procedures independently and accurately.
Patient Care & Triage: Welcome patients, conduct accurate vital sign measurements, and reinforce doctor's instructions on chronic management.
Front Counter Operations: Efficient registration, queue management, patient billing, and claim submissions.
Clinic Operations: Manage inventory, restock, inspect equipment, cleanliness of the clinic, and maintain high sterile clinical standards.
Requirements (Must-Have):
Proven Venipuncture / Blood Taking Skill: Must be proficient and confident in performing blood draws independently on day one.
Private Clinic Experience: Good track record, and a minimum 2 years of working experience in a private clinic setting is required.
Professional Registration: Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as an Enrolled Nurse (Minimum Nitec in Nursing).
Certifications: Valid BCLS + AED certification.
