In this role, you will direct talent acquisition strategies and nationwide manpower planning to support ongoing business growth

• Formulate and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and operational workforce requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring activities for direct and indirect labour across corporate and manufacturing divisions.
• Drive multifaceted sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
• Streamline recruitment workflows through process automation and coordinate organisation-wide manpower planning.
  
  

About The Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated talent acquisition experience with proven capability in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Strong understanding of local employment legislation and statutory labour standards.
• Strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proficiency in recruitment workflow automation and standard office software applications
