岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
Interpret technical designs and drawings; provide technical advice and resolve site issues
Ensure site operations comply with the Project Quality Plan (quality, environmental, and safety requirements)
Review project specifications, clarifications, and construction drawings
Coordinate with QAQC Engineer to ensure work quality meets customer requirements; maintain inspection records
Prepare site reports and updates for stakeholders
Liaise with Consultant Representative, Project Manager, and Subcontractors on project and quality matters
Track contract variations and claims, and report cost impact to the Project Manager
Check working drawings and resolve discrepancies
Implement cost control measures to meet project budget
Support environmental management (EMS) matters
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and vendors to resolve construction/installation issues
Capture lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Building Engineering
, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
3–5 years' experience in building and construction projects
Good with numbers; strong attention to detail
Strong presentation and communication skills
Able to remain composed under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and kneeling as required on site
