Location: Hougang
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
Salary: Basic + commission
Our client is a consultancy firm specialising in licence application and regulatory compliance services for business premises. They are looking for a Sales executive to join their team. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective clients.
Present and sell licence application solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage contracts.
Analyse customer needs and feedback to support acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
Travel to client sites as required.
Requirements
Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
Candidates with no experience but are willing to learn are welcome to apply
Proven experience in sales or business development will be an advantage
Familiarity with URA/ HDB/ SCDF/ SFA guidelines, codes and regulations will be an advantage
Willingness to learn facilities management.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and resilient.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Team player with a client-first mindset.
