You will be managing Application Department within Technology covering both Development and application maintenance team for T24 core banking application.

This role will suit someone with a strong technical and leadership background in financial institution. You will lead team size of around 10 member strong Dev team.

• Manage development and configuration of T24 core banking
• .Managing entire project life cycles including development, testing
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time , within budget
• Managing project risks, as well as preparing management reports to top management
• Recommend and support software engineering best practices and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team.
• Drive technological excellence, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of all software.
• Advocate best practices in software development

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor or Master degree with substantial experience in leading sizable development team (min 10 members) with min 6 years of experience in banking industry
• Experience in managing large complex IT projects with offshore and vendor resources
• Must have prior experience in Private banking, or Asset management
• Prior working experience in T24
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
• Must have appreciation of various application development tools
• Appreciation of IT security ,Tech Risk in financial industry
