Responsibilities:

Provide coordinating support between vendors and customers
Prepare Sales Quotations using CRM
Provide the necessary administrative support and assistance in project sales and wholesales
Handle complete order processing from receipt of customers’ order confirmation to issuing of orders to vendors and ultimately ensuring timely delivery to customers
Monitor customer accounts and receivables

Requirements:

Diploma in Building Management/Electrical Engineering/Business Management
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in lighting or building industry
Experience in freight forwarding will be an advantage
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Meticulous, able to multi-task & work independently
Ability to pack, move and lift stock boxes as required.
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills
