BIM Modeler

Location: YTL Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Permanent
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models based on project requirements.
• Prepare detailed 3D models and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination.
• Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed.
• Update and manage BIM documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience in BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and BIM workflows.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Data Center project experience is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
