岗位职责

  • Job Title: Service Administrator
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Compensation: S$2,800 – S$3,800 / month
  • About the Role
  • We are looking for an organized, proactive, and dependable Service Administrator to join our operations in Singapore. In this role, you will act as the key operational bridge between our customers, field service engineers/technicians, and the internal service operations team.
  • You will manage the end-to-end administration of customer service orders—from logging service calls and dispatching technical staff to tracking service contract renewals, managing spare parts requests, and issuing final service invoices.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Service Coordination & Dispatch
  • Receive and log inbound service requests, maintenance inquiries, and warranty calls from clients via phone, email, and customer portals.
  • Coordinate technician and field service engineer schedules, optimizing route planning and dispatch to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Monitor open service tickets, track job progress in real time, and update clients on estimated arrival and completion times.
  • Service Contracts & Billing Administration
  • Generate quotations for ad-hoc repairs, preventative maintenance contracts, and equipment replacement parts.
  • Review completed service work orders, verify billable technician hours and materials used, and prepare accurate invoices in the ERP/accounting system.
  • Maintain records of active service agreements, extended warranties, and send timely renewal notices to customers.
  • Inventory & Documentation Support
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to check spare parts availability, raise purchase requisitions, and track parts delivery for scheduled maintenance.
  • Maintain up-to-date equipment service histories, client maintenance logs, and technical reports in compliance with company standards and Singapore PDPA requirements.
  • Assist in generating monthly service performance reports (e.g., first-time fix rates, open ticket aging, warranty claim status).
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Diploma, Higher Nitec, or GCE 'A' Levels in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of administrative experience in a service center, engineering, facilities management, automotive, or technical operations environment.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); hands-on experience with service ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshservice) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
  • Competencies:
  • Strong multitasking and coordination abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Calm and composed when handling urgent requests or service escalations.
  • Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
  • What We Offer
  • Competitive Package: Attractive monthly base salary, mandatory employer CPF contributions, AWS (13th month, where applicable), and annual variable performance bonus.
  • Working Hours: Regular 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, standard office hours).
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Group medical, hospitalisation, and dental insurance.
  • Leave Entitlement: 14–18 days of annual leave, plus medical and family care leave.
  • Growth: Structured product/equipment training and advancement opportunities into Service Operations Executive or Team Lead roles.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
