Ready to architect enterprise-scale integration solutions? Join Synmatch AI's client as an Integration Solution Architect embedded within their Integration Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you'll lead the digitization of operational processes and take full ownership of end-to-end hybrid application integration projects supporting enterprise growth across the region.

You'll work closely with cross-functional agile squads to architect robust interfaces, oversee API operations, and continuously evolve the integration strategy. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining strategic architecture with direct implementation work.

Key responsibilities

• Architecture & Strategy: Design and deliver scalable hybrid integration architectures aligned with enterprise architecture principles; mature the regional API strategy and evaluate emerging technology trends
• Project Delivery & Orchestration: Lead end-to-end integration initiatives on enterprise iPaaS, specifically SAP Integration Suite
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical integration specs with BAs, SAP functional consultants, and software engineers
• Technical Implementation: Perform hands-on data/process modeling, complex structure mapping, value transformations, and scenario configurations
• Operational Excellence: Oversee API operations and interface performance, high availability, stability, monitoring, and proactive incident management

Candidate requirements

• Experience: 5+ years as Integration Architect or Lead Engineer (degree not required - experience counts more)
• SAP Integration Suite Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Cloud Integration/CPI, API Management, Integration Advisor, Event Mesh
• Integration Patterns: Strong knowledge of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, JSON/XML/EDI mapping
• Agile Experience: Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional DevOps teams
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Language: Full professional English, spoken and written
