Job Description

Prepare full set of accounts.

Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management every month up to annual management accounts)

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely bank & ensure vendors payments

Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, submit quarterly GST

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Prepare audit matters.

Job Requirements & Skills:
At least 2 years work experience as an account executive

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Hands-on experience with accounting software like Globe3, QuickBooks

Advanced MS Excel skills

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday

Contract basis (2-3 months)

FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENT (working hour can be discussed)
