About the role

As a Product Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience, introducing products and services, and supporting the daily operations of our concept store.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers professionally and provide a warm, positive experience.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Assist customers throughout their store experience and handle enquiries.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and store presentation.
• Support in-store activations, workshops, events and promotional activities.
• Follow up with customers and assist with lead generation and conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare basic daily/weekly reports.
• Work closely with the team to achieve store KPIs and deliver a smooth customer experience.

About you

• Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, presentable and customer-oriented.
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
