Job Overview

An established and fast-growing company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales operations, with a strong emphasis on planning, organizing, and managing large-scale exhibitions, home exhibitions, and promotional sales events.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving high-volume sales during exhibitions, managing sales teams, coordinating event operations, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with experience in mattress, bedding, furniture, or home furnishing exhibitions are highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably in mattress, bedding, furniture, retail or consumer products.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale mattress exhibitions, home exhibitions, furniture fairs, or similar consumer sales events.
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving high-volume sales targets during exhibitions.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Good business acumen with the ability to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours during exhibitions when required.
• Willingness to travel or work at different exhibition venues based on business needs.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
