Relationship Manager |Multinational Bank

Our client is seeking a driven and commercially minded Relationship Manager to join their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to drive business development, expand your portfolio and leverage a comprehensive suite of banking and wealth management solutions within an established international banking platform.


Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling to understand customers’ needs and objectives.
• Build and deepen relationships through regular market updates and insights on local and international financial products.
• Develop monthly sales plans to achieve or exceed new business and customer acquisition targets.
• Drive business development through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking and promotional activities.
• Organise and deliver presentations to groups, associations, companies and other organisations.
• Develop referral networks across internal teams and external channels to generate new opportunities.
• Deliver high-quality after-sales service and proactively manage client retention.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, risk and internal control requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
• RNF and CFMAS certifications preferred.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Experience managing affluent or HNW clients will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial and wealth management products, including investments, funds, equities, insurance and treasury.
• Excellent sales, communication, networking and relationship management skills.
• Commercially driven, with a strong focus on client experience and long-term relationship building.
