A team of ten doctors across aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic and reconstructive surgery, orthopaedics, urology, and sports medicine brings over 40 years of combined experience to patient care. Every treatment plan begins with a thorough consultation and clinically appropriate assessment, ensuring safe and tailored care. The clinic collaborates with clinicians and healthcare partners and maintains convenient operating hours for patients in the central business district.

Role Description The Hair Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore at The Clifford Clinic. This role involves conducting consultations for hair and scalp concerns, assessing hair loss patterns, and recommending suitable medical, procedural, or restorative treatment options in line with clinic protocols. Responsibilities include performing and assisting in hair transplant procedures (such as FUE), administering hair loss treatments and scalp care therapies, and monitoring patient progress through follow-up appointments. The Hair Specialist will provide clear, empathetic patient education, maintain accurate medical records, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care. The role also includes adherence to clinical governance, infection control standards, and participation in ongoing training and case discussions to stay updated on advances in hair restoration and scalp health.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge in hair loss assessment, scalp health, and hair restoration techniques, including experience or training in hair transplant procedures (e.g., FUE).
• Skills in patient consultation, history taking, and treatment planning, with the ability to explain medical information clearly and support informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in performing in-clinic procedures, maintaining aseptic technique, and following established safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic, patient-centered approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Relevant medical or paramedical qualification (e.g., medical degree, nursing, or allied health) and registration or eligibility to practice in Singapore, where applicable.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in managing appointment schedules, follow-ups, and treatment records.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and evidence-based techniques in hair and scalp treatment; prior experience in aesthetic or dermatology settings is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment and availability to work during the clinic’s operating hrs

Salary

• Salary range SGD $7000 - $10000
• Flexible schedule with 2-3 cases a week during off peak season and 5 cases a week during peak season
