Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Menara IGB, Midvalley City KL.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,500 per month (depending on experience)

INDS Capital Sdn Bhd is an international design and development company based in Malaysia, with active projects across Macau, China, and Australia. We specialize in high-end interior and architectural projects, and we are expanding rapidly in the Malaysian market.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit architects, designers, technicians and interns
• Prepare employment contracts and onboard new staff
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS and tax submissions
• Manage leave, claims, medical benefits and staff records
• Keep HR policies in line with Malaysian labour law
• Support appraisals, training and staff engagement activities
• Handle employee queries and general office administration

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 2–4 years of HR generalist experience (fresh graduates with strong potential may apply)
• Knowledge of the Employment Act and statutory contributions
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Organised, trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Experience in an architecture, design or construction firm is an advantage
