We are a General Paper (GP) and Integrated Programme (IP) English specialist tuition centre along Upper Thomson, Singapore. We dedicate ourselves to inspiring students and enabling them to realise their academic goals. With a passionate and nurturing team, coupled with an adaptive teaching methodology, we continually provide our students with a personalized touch to quality education, giving them the confidence and that extra edge during their examinations. 

Subject and levels:

• G3 English (Secondary 1-4)

Location and format:

• Tuition centre location: 213 Upper Thomson Rd, #01-01, Singapore 574348

• In-person role 

• Part-Time (Only on Saturday 5pm to 9pm, Sunday 8am to 2pm)

Schedule and commitment:

• Can work between 1-3 days a week

• Work a minimum of 4 hours per week

• Starting in November 2026 or January 2027

Responsibilities:

• Possesses the ability to conduct full lessons for G3 students on Oral examinations, Paper 1 (Editing, Essays and Situational Letter writing) and Paper 2 (Comprehension)

• Has the ability to craft model essays, essay outlines, and structured writing guides tailored to G3 English syllabus.

• Mark student's homework and give feedback to their works (Essay and Comprehension)

• Deliver highly engaging, interactive, and impactful lessons that motivate students

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Law, Linguistics, Languages, Education or equivalent from a credential university

Candidates must have:

• Experience in teaching English at MOE schools/NIE trained or experience in teaching in other established tuition centres 

• Strong written English proficiency with the ability to write clearly and at an appropriate academic rigour for G3 English. (Syllabus K300)

• Working knowledge of SEAB examination formats and O Level assessment objectives

• Self-directed, organised, and able to produce polished materials with minimal supervision

Compensation and perks:

• Salary: $60/hour to $75/hour

• Employee benefits: CPF will be provided + Discretionary Bonus based on performance
