Responsibilities

• Handle full-spectrum HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits
• Coordinate training administration and employee engagement activities
• Maintain HRIS, employee records and personnel files
• Support HR matters for manufacturing / operational employees
• Liaise with payroll and other external vendors
• Provide general HR administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR projects

Requirements

• Min. diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
• Min. 1 year HR experience in Manufacturing environment experience
• Hands-on recruitment and payroll experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
