Responsibilities
Supervise technical expertise and support for warehousing operations, including inventory management systems, material handling equipment, and logistics infrastructure
Guide technical assessments, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex operational challenges to ensure seamless logistics operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, system upgrades, and best practices in supply chain management
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational planning
Supervise the technician and assign the manpower schedule
Requirements
GCE 'N' Level above
1–2 years warehouse experience
Forklift licence is an advantage
Basic SAP / WMS & MS Office knowledge
Able to lift heavy items & able to stand long hours
